Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the specific order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and tags intact to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
